On Human-factors in HealthTech for Virtual Wards

Our HRC team is aligning with NHS strategic shifts: moving from hospital to community care, analogue to digital, and focusing on prevention. We’ve revisited our ‘Tech 4 Better Care’ project, “PEACE @ home” – Proactive Effortless and Connected Experiences at Home. Our aim was to enhance user experience and inclusive tech design for community care. Additionally, our HRC Methodology theme aimed to provide insights for HealthTech R&D in this area.
