On the Anatomy of a Virtual Ward

GSTT’s Clinical Engineers, within the HRC methodology theme, share some high-level findings on an audit of ‘Virtual Wards’ that they carried out together with the Health Innovation Network South London, and with colleagues from across the region. This work was about understanding these healthtech-enabled services, that are widely-accepted to be a key component of the NHS strategic shifts, from: hospital to community; analogue to digital, and; sickness to prevention.
